Job Description
  • Assist Chef with preparation of all products and daily mis en place 
  • Ensure production hygiene and food safety standard.
  • Ensure products are of the highest quality.
  • Ensure that quality of products displayed are as per company’s standard.

Requirements :

  • Willingness to learn
  • Culinary school/kitchen background preferred
  • WSQ Food Hygiene Certificate (Not necessary but preferred)
  • Able to work in a team and independently
  • Able to start work early (5-7am)
