Pâtisserie CLÉ (CLÉ is French for ‘key’) was created by local pastry chefs Germaine Li and Joy Chiam as a way to realise their approach to French desserts — where fresh produce and flavours are the means of invoking comfort and delight in equal measures.
-Assist Chef with preparation of all products.
-Ensure production hygiene and food safety standard.
-Ensure products are of the highest quality.
-Ensure that quality of products displayed are as per company’s standard.
Requirements :
-Willingness to learn
-Culinary school/kitchen background preferred
-WSQ Food Hygiene Certificate (Not necessary but preferred)
- Able to work in a team and independently
-Able to start work early (5-7am)
