We’re on the lookout for a Customer Service & Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team. If you love pets, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and want to gain hands-on experience in both customer service and marketing, this is the role for you!
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media channels promptly and professionally.
- Assist with booking appointments for services like grooming, vet care, and microchipping.
- Resolve customer concerns or escalate issues to the appropriate team members.
- Gather and document customer feedback to help improve our services.
Marketing:
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (social media, email, events, etc.).
- Create engaging content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Monitor campaign performance and suggest optimizations.
- Support the development of marketing materials such as posters, flyers, and digital ads.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for creative campaign ideas.
General:
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Provide administrative support when required.
Requirements
- Passion for Pets: A love for animals is a must!
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative Mindset: A knack for coming up with fresh and engaging ideas.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using basic tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media platforms.
- Adaptability: Eager to learn, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
