We’re on the lookout for a Customer Service & Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team. If you love pets, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and want to gain hands-on experience in both customer service and marketing, this is the role for you!

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media channels promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with booking appointments for services like grooming, vet care, and microchipping.
  • Resolve customer concerns or escalate issues to the appropriate team members.
  • Gather and document customer feedback to help improve our services.

Marketing:

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (social media, email, events, etc.).
  • Create engaging content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Monitor campaign performance and suggest optimizations.
  • Support the development of marketing materials such as posters, flyers, and digital ads.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for creative campaign ideas.

General:

  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Provide administrative support when required.

Requirements

  • Passion for Pets: A love for animals is a must!
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative Mindset: A knack for coming up with fresh and engaging ideas.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using basic tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media platforms.
  • Adaptability: Eager to learn, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: Pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
