Responsibilities
The main duties and key responsibilities are as the following but not limited to:
Provide effective customer support experience as first point of contact for customers
Address queries and issues resolution within the service standards via calls, email, Facebook, social media, and other online platforms
Play a key role in the development of strategic business plans designed to increase customer sales and business growth
Escalate real-time issues to supervisor and the relevant department if necessary
Assist customers on how to use our services across different channels and touch points
Provide relevant information on our products and services to customers
Manage all aspects of customer enrolment process for digital platforms
Analyse customer feedback and formulate strategies to improve customer experience and journey across all digital touch points
Upsell and cross-sell services and products to drive business growth
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident; and
Graduated or graduating in calendar year 2019 or 2020 from University
Graduated earlier from above institutions and completed National Service in 2019 or 2020.
