Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious AI product sales interns to help us expand our clientele in Singapore especially. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy, support the sales team to boost sales and to forge strong relationships with clients.

 

As an Intern in AI Product Sales, you will be responsible to:

  • Understand our AI products and the available features deeply by using it, and understand the market demand and the customer clusters for our products, to make plan with the sales activities to aim for the sales goals, and at the same time to provide sales and technical support to the team;
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain products or services to customers and prospective customers;
  • Sell products to different companies which may require product usage training, and support for installation and use, such as equipment installation and handling, numerical-control, or computer systems;
  • Plan and modify product configurations to meet customer needs if required;
  • Discuss with customers and internal sales and technical managers to assess customer needs and to determine system requirements;
  • Take charge of client acquisition and create new business opportunities to further the company’s position in the market;
  • Provide effective feedback to management and after-sales support to clients
  • Effectively build long-term and sustainable relationships with new and existing customers

Job Requirements: 

  • Any sales experience, experience in marketing and business developments, with good awareness or deep understanding on digital marketing
  • IT knowledges and skills including network, WiFi, cloud, and AI technology
  • Good business sense, time management and excellent customer relations skills
  • Extensive understanding of technology trends and products and solutions
  • Proactive, resourceful and able to work independently and in a team
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
