Job
Scope:
• Identify and manage accounts to ensure effective service delivery for clients
• Conduct in-depth market research and intelligence for specific sector(s) of
specialization
• Work closely with Project Consultants to source for best-fit candidates
locally and regionally
• Develop creative approaches to sourcing information, and think ‘out-side of
the box'
• Provide professional consultation on employment markets
• Craft and present business proposals for various HR Consulting services that
suit client's needs
• Prepare materials on the research findings, update and maintain the firm's
database
Eligibility:
• Degree Holder in any discipline
• Strong passion to develop a career in sales and/or business development
• Independent, resourceful, proactive and possess strong problem solving skills
• A winning mindset, taking initiatives to add value in a dynamic team-based
environment
• Able to perform in a high-paced and dynamic environment to meet deadlines
• Good interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate effectively with senior
candidates, regional leaders and colleagues
