In this program, you will...

  • Assist the senior consultants on various HR-related and recruitment projects, including:
    • sourcing for candidates
    • screening resumes and candidates
    • scheduling interviews between client and candidate
    • conducting phone calls and reference checks
  • Conduct detailed research on designated market segments/emerging markets on vested interest to support the specialization activities:
    • Mapping organization structures of potential employer companies
    • Exploration and understanding needs, Human Resource Systems and Recruitment Processes of potential employer companies
    • Understanding needs and requirements of specialized roles
    • Research on industry benchmarks on Performance, Remuneration and Benefits
    • Manage and update recruitment database, post and manage open positions
