In this program, you will...
- Assist the senior consultants on various projects, including:
- sourcing for candidates
- screening resumes and candidates
- scheduling interviews between client and candidate
- conducting phone calls and reference checks
- Conduct detailed research on designated market segments/emerging markets on vested interest to support the specialization activities:
- Mapping organization structures of targeted companies
- Exploration of needs from targeted companies based on specialization roles
- Manage and update recruitment database, post and manage open positions

Other requirements:
