Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Training Administration in areas such as process invoices, submit training grants, issue training bond, update training records into HR Training Module etc
- Provide training logistic support
- Assist in new hire orientation for direct employees and new hire data entry
- Assist in the monthly reports to IT department
Skill Requirement:
- Proficient in MS Office – powerpoint, excel, words etc
