The Team:

Our team works with a best-of-breed product that solves real problems for our customers. We follow a well-defined methodology that helps them identify the customer's unique needs and clearly communicate the value of the Perceptif product. 

The Opportunity:

Looking to get into digital marketing? No experience? That’s okay - we’ll teach you everything you need to know! Kick start your marketing career as a member of a fun, hard-working, and self-motivated team. All you need is to be savvy with social media, willing to learn new skills and a go-getter attitude

Roles and Responsibilities :

• To support the delivery of effective marketing programs and achieve company and client objectives.

• To assist in a range of marketing initiatives that drive product marketing, building persona’s, and brand awareness.

• To assist with marketing campaigns using tools Canva, social sprout, linkedin, hubspot and more

• To measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.

• To support in the sales pitch to clients and closing of sales

Learning Outcomes and Objectives:

• To be able to learn how marketing is done for mobility business/industry.

• To be able to apply business knowledge in a real startup business environment.

• Gain knowledge and understanding on different aspects of a startup business such as product development, business development etc.

• To be exposed to the different departments, to experiment with different marketing campaigns.

• Identifying different customer personas for different products/services to ensure successful marketing campaigns to the right audience

• First hand experience in using knowledge gained such as the marketing funnel to strategise and execute campaigns

• Expanding creative potential by exploring and innovating marketing materials (digital and physical) to capture target audience attention

You Are:

• Fluent in English

• Motivated by a career in sales

• Interested in the tech space

• A self starter, focused, dynamic, and eager to learn

• Someone who has excellent written & verbal communication skills

Bonus Points:

• Design & Graphics or Social Media experience

• Prior exposure to Startup culture and growth mindset

• Experience in sales or the tech space

• Proven ability to influence others and create a sense of urgency
