Job Description

PEOPLE OPERATIONS INTERN (HUMAN RESOURCES)

As a People Operations Intern, you will be responsible for creating a friendly environment workplace. You will work closely with all of our business units to bring our people together in ensuring that all goals are met.

What You’ll Do

  • Work close with the People Operations and leadership team to build a talent pipeline to facilitate their team culture and business objectives
  • Perform competitive research, industry benchmarking and best practices that will set the company apart from the rest
  • Analyse different business units to propose and review compensation and benefits schemes
  • Identify business grant opportunities in building manpower capabilities within the Southeast Asian countries
  • Drive employer branding by monitoring social media channels and creating content
  • Constantly review and implement company policies, programmes and practices that foster growth, innovation, and organisational effectiveness across the region
  • Design and implement employee engagement initiatives and events to improve and build a strong company culture
  • Provide support in administrative functions to help increase employee productivity across the organization
