Perropack – E-commerce – Editorial Trainee

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a editorial trainee at Perropack, you will assist our staff in coming up with interesting articles that best reflect and attract pet owners in our targeted landscape. You will be trained in channel marketing as well using (SEM, FB, affiliate, remarketing, etc).

The work will include communicating with external vendors and writers to build up a portfolio of work for our site. Research into articles will be key to excelling in this role and being data drive is something we strive to do.

We are a small team currently looking for smart, motivated individuals that can take initiative, handle multiple projects and add value as a member of the Perropack team. Things that will help you be successful in this role: ability to innovative, sense of entrepreneurship, healthy sense of humour, and an unhealthy love of dogs.

REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for an exceptional individual with interest in being able to capture the audience with interesting well researched articles. A passion for dogs and the pet care industry, being customer centric is a core part of being in our team.  The ideal candidate can hit the ground running as we work to scale and grow our footprint across all our business units.  Qualified candidates should have experience with:

• Google Analytics
• Google marketing
• Editorial background preferred
• Excellent command in English
• Basic Graphic Design
• Good at project coordination and planning
• Object oriented and able to work independently
