Job Description

SCOPE AND GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB

 

Responsible to provide accurate information and services of customers' needs.

 

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Receive inbound communications via telephone and other online channels.
  • Assist customers with accurate information on products as well as other general queries.
  • Maintain up-to-date and comprehensive products/services knowledge to successfully resolve customer queries.
  • Attend to and follow through with customer queries regarding their orders/deliveries.
  • Obtain details of complaints about escalation purposes and follow-up till resolution.
  • Customer’s daily interactions across all channels to be updated on daily basis into the tracking system.
  • To perform any other reasonable duties as directed by the immediate superior from time to time.
