Job Description

Quick Snapshot:

 

Join us as a Product Management Intern, where you will gain hands-on experience in the product development process. You’ll work closely with product managers and teams across various departments, contributing to the ideation and planning of new solutions. You’ll be involved in gathering customer requirements, helping to shape product roadmaps, and assisting in the early stages of feature development. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to explore product analytics, review performance, and provide input on insights.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Assist in preparing documentation and organizing product ideation sessions to plan for product roadmaps, collaborating with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver key milestones.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as product development, customer experience, marketing, and revenue teams, to help ensure smooth coordination and successful product delivery.

  • Assist in gathering customer and market feedback to contribute to the ideation, planning, and prioritization of product improvements.

  • Help track product metrics, turning the data into meaningful insights to guide product decisions.

  • Participate in creating product documentation and support early-stage discussions for new features.

  • Work with the team to identify and resolve product issues, applying corrective actions when needed.

  • Contribute to competitive analysis and market research to help ensure our product stays relevant.

  • Provide support in documenting processes and product updates, helping to keep teams aligned and informed.

 

What You'll Need:

  • Currently pursuing/completed bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or related fields Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills.

  • Strong analytical thinking and a passion for creative problem-solving.

  • A keen interest in product management and customer-focused product design.

  • Highly accountable, self-motivated, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well across departments.

  • Able to commit to a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, or 40 hours per week.
