We are seeking a proactive and passionate intern from Myanmar to join our Web Portal Management team. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain extensive experience in the non-technical aspects of managing a dynamic web portal. The intern will play a crucial role in content management, user experience optimisation, and the overall operational efficiency of our web portal. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the strategic planning and execution of digital content, ensuring our web portal remains engaging, informative, and user-friendly. The successful candidate will be working in Singapore during the period. Lodging will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Coordination: Assist in the planning, scheduling, and management of content across the portal. Work closely with content creators to ensure timely publication of articles, blogs, and multimedia content.
- User Experience (UX) Optimization: Monitor user feedback and web analytics to propose improvements for the web portal's design and content layout, aiming to enhance user satisfaction and engagement.
- Quality Control: Ensure all content published meets our quality standards and adheres to our editorial guidelines. Conduct regular reviews of the web portal to identify and correct any issues.
- Market Research: Conduct research on current trends in digital content, competitor analysis, and user behavior to recommend strategies for content enhancement and portal growth.
- Collaboration with Technical Team: While the role is non-technical, collaboration with the technical team is essential. Communicate user feedback and operational requirements to support the technical maintenance and improvement of the portal.
- Reporting and Analytics: Assist in compiling reports on web portal performance, including traffic analytics, user engagement metrics, and content performance. Use data to inform content strategy and improvements.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support for the web portal team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
