Responsibilities
-Aid manager in marketing strategies and execution
-Aid manager in preparing for meetings, draft slides and meeting notes/documents
-Responding and manage emails on behalf of manager
-General secretarial duties
-General office & administrative duties
-Manage & assist client’s enquires
-Manage ongoing task & schedule to completion
-Ad hoc duties & support
Requirements
-Proficient in Mandarin language
-Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
-Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
-Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Strong sense of integrity
-Positive work attitude & proactive with high initiative
-Highly meticulous & independent
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
-13th month salary
-Performance bonus
Education: GCE 'A' Level or Local Polytechnic (Required)
