Job Description
Job Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, plan, execute and analyze marketing events and initiatives
  • Source, advertise opportunities and place adverts in the press and media.
  • Handling accounts of overseas properties
  • Handling logistics of events and seminars
  • Handling data entries of participants in excel
  • Handling walk-in clients for registrations and training enquiries
  • Handling receptionist duties
  • Providing excellent customer service to callers as well as walk-in clients
  • Ordering of materials and office supplies
  • Any other logistics/operations work as assigned


Job Requirements
  • Preferably with experience in online marketing
  • Professional and punctual
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Possess can do attitude and positive mindset about work
  • Eagerness to learn
  • Meticulous and attentive to details
  • Work to deadlines and adapt to changing conditions
  • Can start immediately

Remuneration will be based on experience level.
