JobsPivot was founded on 4 June 2020, with a vision to lead the empowerment of people and businesses to shape better economies and lives. Concerns over job uncertainties were looming ahead for Singaporeans as the COVID-19 pandemic continued unabated, and we immediately sought to help our fellow country people mitigate the global crisis.
We started off as a team of 6 but have since expanded into a team of 15 dedicated Pivoters.
We, Pivoters, believe in customer-centricity and place customers at the center of everything we do. We seek to provide only the best service for customers and so long as the demand exists, we will persist to continually improve and attain excellence in our services.
At present, JobsPivot is steadily growing locally and we aim to venture into the SEA market in the near future to enhance the job seeking experience for even more like-minded individuals.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Build/maintain a pipeline of new client acquisition opportunities in your assigned vertical through direct sales, referrals, cold calling, networking, and other engagements. Your game, your play.
- Conduct presentations and trainings for clients/relevant parties
- Keep client relationships warm by making regular visits with your supervisor, understanding their business needs, and anticipating new market opportunities with your supervisor
- Hone your skills by developing market/competitive analyses and forecasts
- Perform administrative duties vital to the success of your work (e.g. prepare quotations, follow-up on leads and orders, ensure client satisfaction throughout the entire process)
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; review professional publications; establish personal networks; participate in professional societies
- Perform ad-hoc duties as required by your supervisor
