Part-time Personal Assistant

• Basic data entry
• Assist in monitor and responding of Emails, if required
• Preparing communication on behalf of manager
• Answering and making of phone calls
• Organizing and planning meetings
• Taking notes and handling of paper work for meetings
• Conducting or preparing any research that your manager may require
• Various ad hoc requests

Job Requirement:

• Singaporean/PR
  Open to Students looking for Part-time Jobs/without experience/Flexible timing
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• MS Office and English proficiency
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Possess strong discretion, confidentiality and honesty
• Able to commit at least 3.5 days a week, 5 days a week would be best (Timing can be arranged separately)
