Job Description

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, posting and recording vendors invoices
  •  Resolve daily AP related issue with internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare and process payments
  • Responsible for preparing accounts reconciliation schedules and follow up on discrepancies
  • Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the finance department
  • Participate in systems enhancement project where necessary

Skills and Education

  • Candidate must possess minimum LCCI certificate or Diploma in accounting
  • Min 2 years of working experience in handling F&B accounting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and working knowledge in accounting system would be advantageous
  • Meticulous and have an eye for detail
  • Good team-player and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Candidate who can commence work immediately will be given priority
