Plain Vanilla Bakery Pte Ltd – Part Time Service & Bar Associate

Responsibilities:

• Provide high quality of customer service to guests.
• Greeting and serving customers.
• Serving foods and beverages to customers.
• Barista duties; create and serve hot and cold beverages tailored to the customer’s preferences, handle and maintain all equipment.
• Have full knowledge of the menu to recommend specific items to guests.
• Follow SOP on food & beverage preparation and order system.
• Ensure sufficient stocks for daily operations.
• Report for duty on time and neatly groomed.
• Perform opening and closing duties.
• Ensure that work stations are set up before the shift commences.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of work areas.
• Minimise wastage and spoilage of food ingredients.
• Any other duties that may be assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of service experience is preferred but not necessary. Training will be provided to those without experience.
• Good work ethics and willingness to learn.
• Detailed, energetic and highly motivated.
• Warm and cheerful personality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English, any other language is a plus.
• Able to work in a team.
• Must have initiative.
• Must be able to work overtime occasionally.
• Hourly rate: $10 - $12 / hour depending on experience.
• Minimum 2 months working commitment.
• Multiple working locations: Tiong Bahru, Cluny Court, Telok Ayer, Neil Road, ION Orchard and East Coast.
