Role Description

Are you creative, adaptable, entrepreneurial, and looking to gain hands-on experience working on a variety of projects? We appreciate these qualities at Play Beyond and seek marketing interns who can contribute fresh ideas, create content, and research industry trends. Interns will work directly with founders to conduct research and execute marketing projects that improves our brand, communications, and strategy.

 

Objectives of this role

  • Play a role throughout the marketing cycle in positioning, messaging, and storytelling
  • Contribute to marketing campaigns and events that further the company’s strategic goals
  • Apply marketing concepts to solve organizational challenges
  • Provide support for virtual and in-person events
  • Contribute fresh ideas that can enhance the brand’s standing Responsibilities - Support team to plan, develop, and execute marketing initiatives and events (virtual & in-person)
  • Complete projects related to branding, content creation, and social media marketing
  • Assist management with the preparation of campaigns and reports
  • Liaise with vendors, partners, and customers
  • Manage inventory online and offline, operations and toy processing
  • Perform competitive market analysis to identify areas of opportunity
  • Collect performance metrics on social media, direct mails and web performance to measure progress
  • Student only needs to work on weekends when there is an event; student can take an off-in-lieu on a weekday when that happens.
