Role Description
Are you versatile, organized, entrepreneurial, and looking to gain hands-on experience working on a variety of projects? We appreciate these qualities at Play Beyond and seek operations interns who will work directly with founders to provide support to marketing, events and distribution in the areas of planning, transportation, customer service and warehousing
Objectives of this role
- Assist in marketing operations; collaborate with marketing to ensure seamless execution of promotional activities, including coordinating logistics for events and campaigns
- Work closely with distribution to optimize transportation logistics, streamline shipping processes and ensure timely delivery of products to customers
- Provide assistance in managing customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints, aiming to deliver exceptional customer service
- Assist in the planning and coordination of various projects, including inventory management, supply chain optimization, and operational efficiency initiatives
- Collaborate with founders to support their vision and objectives, contributing innovative ideas and solutions to enhance operational effectiveness and drive business growth
