About the role
We are looking for an Inside Sales Intern who thrives in a challenging, exciting and fast-paced start-up environment. He/she should be proactive, organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a timely manner. Someone who is independent but also able to collaborate in a team environment. Reporting directly to our Client Experience Manager, you will play a key role in promoting the company’s products/ services, while assisting to cultivate sales prospects.
Responsibilities:
- Onboard new insurance customers into the application
- Communicate professionally with customers through various channels, including phone, email, chat and text
- Collaborate with Operations and Sales Lead to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Master the workflows and software tools necessary to carry out responsibilities
- Prompt, persistent and tactful follow up with customers to close the sales cycle
- Provide actionable feedback from customers to other teams to improve
