POLWEL Co-operative Society Limited is a credit co-operative for serving members of the Singapore Police Force and the business arm of Police Central Welfare Fund (PCWF).
POLWEL serves our members through:
- Contributing a part of our net surplus to the PCWF to support welfare initiatives.
- Offering a wide range of saving and loan services.
- Retailing of Police gifts and souvenirs to enhance SPF’s brand name and reputation.

1. Job Description (BESD / AAO)
- Providing operational and administrative support to the Management in projects / divisions of POLWEL
- Maintaining database of manpower resources
- Assisting with business development efforts
- Completing efforts to ensure compliance to existing SOPs
- Assisting Management in ad-hoc projects / tasks as assigned
2. Job Description (PDCS)
- Coordinate with other departments and training partners on administrative and logistical arrangements
- Maintain accurate training records and handle issuance of certificates
- Assist to follow up on feedback gathered to improve service delivery and outreach efforts
- Collate training statistics for management reports
