Popsical – Accounts Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking for calibre team players to join us as transactional accountancy for the Company’s day to day transactions and our expansion.

Responsibilities

• Prepare of full sets of accounts monthly, including and not limited to fixed assets and financial general ledger;
• Preparation of Financial Statements and Notes to the Accounts in accordance to FRS;
• Prepare consolidation accounts;
• Preparation of relevant schedules and liaise with tax, audit and statutory reporting
• Assist on project costing, forecasting of cash flow and special projects; and
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Accountancy;
• Fresh Graduate are encourage to apply;
• Consolidation experience would be preferred;
• Auditing background would be preferred for a seniority role;
• Strong accounting knowledge, communication, writing and follow up skills;
• Analytical, meticulous and eye for details;
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet timeline;
• Those who can start immediately or within a short notice period will have an added advantage.
• Interns or part time for junior position
