Porsche Design Group Asia Pte. Ltd. – Sales and Marketing Management Assistant

Duties and Responsibilties

• Assist franchise business department in day-to-day tasks and supporting partners from all over Asia
• Support the development of the international franchise concept in Asia
• Reporting of sales information, preparing and distributing monthly reports
• Prepare presentations by compiling data; developing presentation formats and materials
• Communicate product and event information, follow-up and reminders
• Assisting in the organisation, set up and follow up of company events and conferences
• Assist with the production, editing and proofing of marketing materials
• Provide support to the marketing activities including new business opportunities and promotional activities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have the following:

• Knowledge of MS Office and Design Programmes highly regarded
• Experience in providing administrative support
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a team environment
• Ability to adapt to frequent changes in workload
