The products are sold worldwide exclusively in Porsche Design stores, shop-in-shops, top-quality department stores and luxury retail outlets. To support our Porsche Design Asia Singapore team, we are looking for a motivated and dedicated intern as Sales Management Assistant.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist franchise business department in day-to-day tasks and support partners from all over Asia.
- Reporting of sales information, preparing and distributing monthly reports.
- Compiling data for presentation; prepare presentation formats and materials.
- Communicate product and event information, follow-up and reminders.
- Assist in the organisation, set-up and follow-up of company events and conferences.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role you should have the following;
- Knowledge of MS Office highly regarded.
- Experience in providing administrative support.
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Ability to adapt to frequent changes in workload.
