Job Description
  • Handle day to day operations of the administrative functions and duties
  • Check, verify AP invoices with PO and submit for approval.
  • Input data entries via ShipNet Software.
  • Reconcile Purchase Orders and Accounts Payable Subsidiary Ledgers.
  • Booking of air tickets, prepare Travel Expenses claim and other ad-hoc duties assigned
