Job Description

We're looking for a candidate who is dynamic and hungry to make their mark as a team player. This individual should be naturally curious, love numbers and have a general zest for life.
The successful candidate will be working in close partnership with the POSSIBLE Business Team, Media Owners and Clients in the development of account and digital media strategy, and management of the client business. This role will offer the opportunity to work across multiple clients and will require the candidate to work both as a team and independently.

He/She will:


• Aspire to bring people closer to brands with technology, with the goal of winning share of wallet, information and time.
• Work with the team and be responsible for paid media activities on a group of accounts – from campaign planning, execution to management, optimization and reporting to achieve the predetermined objectives; as well as the development of reports to provide insightful analysis and recommendations that will lead to presentation to clients.
• Establish excellent working relationships with client contacts and internal teams
• Maintain a thorough understanding of clients, their businesses and the marketplaces in which they operate
• Pro-actively contribute to business e.g. putting forward new ideas; finding new solutions to requirements, etc.
• Participates in new business project assignments working closely with the team
• Attends outside representations by the media for the purpose of evaluating new services and to maintain good rapport with sales representatives; maintains a high professional profile.

Desired Skills & Experience


Media Executive Skills & Requirements:
• Not a job hopper, he/she must have worked for at least 18 months in a digital marketing role with working knowledge of at least 2 of the following 5 areas: search engine marketing, programmatic, mobile, native and social media marketing.
• Strategic yet pragmatic to be able to operationalize and drive success against available budget and resources.
• Able to work independently to complete the tasks assigned on time and on budget at the highest quality.
