Job Description

POSSIBLE Singapore is searching for Media Executive Intern to assist in the implementation of media and social related campaigns and research. They will be part of the POSSIBLE Media Team and learn, via hands-on training, how a premier digital agency works across all of its disciplines. The duration of the internship is 4-6 months. What’s in it for you? Responsibilities:

 

·         Correspond with media owners, media partners, clients and colleagues on assigned campaign implementation.

·         Consolidate requests from local or regional partners and respond to those request deadlines.

·         Generate data and/or reports from syndicated or proprietary media tools.

·         Liaise with media owners for media package updates, market trends, and other general development in the local media landscape.

·         Perform or assist in media research.

·         Brainstorm and contribute to idea generation in the team.

·         Follow-up to completion on assigned tasks.

·         Identify a project to work on and present to management at the end of the internship.

Skills and experience:

·         A fast learner with a positive learning attitude – open to feedback and instructions, receptive to different ways of doing things, ability to ask questions to help in learning or understanding, and keen to apply knowledge.

·         Pro-active and have the self-initiative to source information on your own.

·         Excellent oral and written communication skill.

·         Excellent interpersonal skill, able to establish effective working relationships with other people.

·         Meticulous and comfortable working on large sets of numerical data.

·         Proficient in MS Office.
