Job Description

The User Experience Intern will help develop compelling user experiences for various client projects and internal POSSIBLE initiatives. The UX Intern will become part of the POSSIBLE user experience team and learn, via hands-on training, how a premier digital agency works across all of its disciplines. Common tasks include personas, use-case scenarios, content inventory, workflow diagrams, site maps, wireframes, and editorial and information design recommendations. The internship will last 3 months and the candidate will report to the User Experience Director.

Responsibilities:               

·         Under the guidance of the UX Director and UX Designers, help create and maintain information architecture deliverables, user scenarios, task flow diagrams, sitemap/navigation scheme/taxonomy, wireframes, interaction outline/spec, and more.

·         Collaborate with Designers on interface design and interaction.

·         Collaborate with Writers on overall messaging and story.

·         Attend creative meetings (project brainstorms and team meetings) and, when appropriate, client meetings.

Skills and experience:

·         Bachelor’s degree (or working toward degree) in human factors, psychology, design, user interface design, or related field.

·         Highly organized, strong attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·         Strong communication skills.
