- At least 3 years of experience as a site supervisor
- People management skills
- Cooperative and born team player
- Knowledge of the interior design industry
- Ability to work within tight schedules
- Flexibility to fit demands of partners
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory codes
- Self-starter, proactively sourcing for partners (hot and cold)
- Good command of the English language
