Responsibilities
- Oversee HR function for 60 full-time and 20 part-time employees over 3 companies
- Propose and implement HR policy standards
- Create and maintain HR handbook
- Implementation and upkeep of new HR Information System (HRIS)
- Process monthly payroll, leave and other HR-related administrative matters
- Process work permits and tax clearance for foreign workers
- Renewal of licences and insurance
- Recruitment of employees
- Orientation and onboarding of new employees
- Out-processing of leaving employees
- Implement and execute training structure
- Implement and maintain incentive scheme
- Manage office and pantry cleaning schedule among office staff
- Potentially oversee Malaysian office HR matters
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2-years experience in Human Resource
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels
- Preferably with a Diploma, Degree or Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP) Certification
Skills Required
- Well-versed in Employment Act and other applicable employment laws in Singapore
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Driven to transform and align an organisation’s current practices to industry best practices
