Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing marketing collateral and documentation for client training.
Create instructional videos or guides to enhance client adoption.
Support in developing communication materials to improve user engagement.
Collaborate with the team to design promotional content for PractoPal.
Monitor user feedback and incorporate insights into marketing materials.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset and attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of graphic design or video editing is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
