Responsibilities:
Assist with software installations and configurations at client sites.
Provide basic troubleshooting support under the guidance of the DevOps Executive.
Collect and log feedback from users during the implementation process.
Prepare system documentation and user guides.
Support remote and onsite technical setups.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
Basic knowledge of software installations and troubleshooting.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Enthusiastic about learning and improving systems.
