Responsibilities:
Gather user feedback through interviews and surveys.
Prepare usability reports and suggest improvements.
Support in designing user-friendly interface enhancements.
Collaborate with developers to integrate user insights into the product.
Test usability of new features and provide recommendations.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or related fields.
Passion for improving user experience and interface design.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Familiarity with design tools like Figma or Sketch is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
