Pratt and Whitney offers a internship program that is designed to provide students valuable experience in a leading US MNC. This internship is for full-time students enrolled in an accredited university and or Polytechnic.
We are looking for a talented, driven and meticulous intern to join the Human Resources Department (Loyang Office). The intern will have the opportunity to be exposed to the different functions such as benefits, wellness and HR systems - and is involved in various routine Human Resource activities as well as special projects.
This role will be reporting to the Human Resources Executive.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the full spectrum of HR operations.
- This includes recruitment, on-boarding, employee engagement and training activities
- Review existing HR Policies
- Provide marketing and administrative support for recruitment events
- Provide assistance to employee enquiries
- Daily operational matters and administrative duties
Requirements
- Meticulous with an eye for detail
- Good in MS office, EXCEL and Powerpoint
- Outstanding command of English, both spoken and written
- Student must be an existing full-time student in a local institution
- Student must be willing to work in the East (company bus provided)
