Job Description

We are seeking for a highly motivated and independent individuals to join us as IT Executive.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. The primary responsibility of the IT Support Engineer is to build and provide support for server, workstations and storage equipment.

2. Provide first level troubleshooting of devices, maintenance of laptops and tablets

3. Installation and configuration of operating systems and softwares for users

4. Assist users on operating system, email, hardware and software related issues

5. Deployment of PC, notebook and printers as requested by users.

6. Assist in troubleshooting network and wireless connectivity issues.

7. Respond to incidents at timely manner, investigate and provide temporary or permanent solutions of escalated incidents.

8. Manage and coordinate the development and implementation of IT projects with IT vendors and outsource company.

9. Monitor Service Level Agreement and provide regular reporting in timely manner to relevant party.

10. Review the performance of software applications and continuously optimize system processes.

11. Provide consultation, training and provide related solutions to users on all IT related matters.

12. Attend to users on helpdesk support and / or any other IT related issues on a timely manner.
