  • The Academy of Certified Counsellors, established in 2003, seeks to raise the ethical standards and professionalism of counsellors through strategic training and educational programmes.

    We organise training workshops by established trainers in counselling, psychotherapy and psychology to cater to the needs of counsellors, psychologists and other helping professionals.

    Through experiences in and out of the classroom, students learn the skills of intellectual inquiry, prepare for challenging professions, network cum strengthen relationships with the human services communities and contribute productively to the society. In addition we organise seminars on counselling and psychology for the public.

Job Description
  • Maintains database by inputting invoice and bill-back data.

  • Resolves promotional allowance, rebate, and pricing discrepancies by researching promotion details and regular and special prices; forwarding resolution to managers.

  • clarifying customer request; selecting appropriate information; forwarding information; answering questions via phone, SMS and email.

  • Provides sales vs. projection results by preparing and forwarding sales tracking reports.

  • Maintains customer database by inputting customer profile, new leads and updates; preparing and distributing monthly reports.

  • Prepares sales presentations by compiling data; developing presentation formats and materials.

  • Tracks sales expenses by tracking, consolidating, analysing, and summarizing expenses; forwarding for reimbursement.

  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.

  • Assist the enrolment department with ad-hoc support.

  • use decisive reasoning to determine the best course of action for research and analyses.
