Premium Tutors – Part-Time Admin

We are currently looking for part-time admin staff to assist in day-to-day operations for our tuition agency, tuition centre, and other verticals.

Responsibilities include various administrative work such as

• Basic data entry and posting of new tuition assignments on various channels.
• Liaising with tutors to obtain more information to complete their tutor profiles.
• Contacting parents to verify details regarding their tutor requests as well as to inform them about our tuition centre classes.
• Sending out confirmation emails and invoices.
• Following up with existing clients regarding any queries or feedback.
• Any other ad hoc administrative tasks that require immediate attention.

Requirements

• ‘A’ Level students, undergraduates and above are welcome to apply!
• Able to work on Sunday (3-10 pm) as well as Monday-Thursday (3-10 pm)
• Candidates can choose to work 6-7 hours a day, over 3-4 days a week.
• Minimum commitment period of 6 months.
• Candidates are required to be fluent in English.
