Presence Pte Ltd – Sales & Operations Officer

As a Sales & Operations Officer, you will:

• Be the point of contact for all online queries via email

• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

• Take the extra mile to engage customers, proactively implement solutions to give customers the best after sales experience possible

• Be responsible for all online sales orders from receiving to delivery level

• Handle sales enquires and process sales orders in relation to purchasing, packing, shipping, billing and coordination

• Manage stock control and inventory checks

• Other general administrative & ad-hoc duties

• Fond of Presence products and fervent about the brand

• Autonomous, self-managed, and resourceful given you will be expected to work independently

• Excellent in communication with a strong foundation in written English

• Able to establish good rapport with potential and current customers

• At least an ‘O’ level graduate (Diploma / Degree in customer service will be a bonus)

• Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

• Interested in pursuing continual growth with us

Presence is a customised gift shop in Singapore, specialising in designing and producing personalised snow globes. With well-established presence online, the company is also venturing into retail offline spaces in the coming months.
