Full-time 5 days a week
Salary: $1000 – $1800
Your responsibilities would include but not be limited to:
• Ensure efficiency and productivity of the retail team
• Uphold efficiency and customer satisfaction; Provide exceptional, impressionable and memorable experience for everyone who steps into the store
• Performing start-of-day and end-of-day duties
• Upkeep the store throughout the day
• Receiving, organizing, replenishing and managing store inventory, quality check and weekly stock count
• Handle and process customer's requests, exchanges and returns efficiently
• Handle and resolve customers' complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution
