Prima Asset Management – Investment Analyst (Intern)

Job Description

The Position

Based in Singapore, and reporting to the company’s directors, the successful applicant will assist across all business divisions, including:

1. Real Estate 
2. Private Equity
3. Digital
4. Advisory (Family Office)

The successful applicant will initially be offered an internship position and may be offered a full-time Investment Analyst role upon completion of their internship.

Work

• Assist the directors with day to day management across all business divisions. Including but not limited to strategy, operational, IT, financial, insurance, tax, accounting, audit, legal, compliance, contract, regulation, corporate admin, data protection, investors, sales, marketing and distribution, risk management, governance topics
• Assisting the directors with managing ongoing investments in the portfolio including reporting, consolidation, and operational aspects (controlling, automation, security, and cash transactions to and from investors, setup of entities, products, budgeting, forecasting, taxation, invoicing, liquidity etc.)
• Assisting to establish, validate and implement tax and legal structuring and the ongoing management of entities in various jurisdictions in Asia, UK, Europe, Australia and other jurisdictions the team
• Managing different partners and service providers, including lawyers, banks, advisors, administrators, authorities
• All other duties as assigned by the management of the Company

Required Skills

• Strong communication skills
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills & basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Excellent presentation and organisational skills

Experience and Education

• 0 – 2 years working experience 
• Previous success contributing to or leading a team – in sport, business, university, philanthropy or any other experience relevant to the applicant
• The applicant will have a degree in the following fields: Real Estate, Economics, Finance accounting or Law
