Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Operations Manager in various aspects of operations including franchise operations and development, product development, outlet promotions, nationwide and local store promotional activities (in conjunction with Group Marketing Department)
- To assist existing franchise outlets on how to increase their sales and their contribution profit margin
- To provide service and support to existing outlets
- Maintain good franchise relationships
- Handle customer feedbacks and enquiries
- Perform any other duties as required and directed by the Company
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Business Management or F&B Management
- Minimum 3 years operations management experience in the F&B Industry preferred
- Experience in fast food chain
- Experience in bakery will be an added advantage but is not a requirement
- Excellent leadership and resourcefulness with strong interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e. Powerpoint and Excel)
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with good track record in developing business opportunities
- Possess strong business acumen & drive to achieve corporate goals
- Enjoy working in a fast pace environment and must be a team player
- Hands-on experience in MRP/Oracle system will be an added advantage
- Effectively bilingual in both English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates
