Job Description

Primary Roles in Logistics Management (Local)

  • Customer service &processing for all Local and Online orders (Including Overseas)
  • Courier service management on preparation of documents to dispatch of Online orders
  • Handle Local distributor orders
  • Full set of order processing;
  • Collate orders/ Acknowledge orders/ Generate Pick List / Invoice Coordinate with warehouse on order preparation for fulfilment
  • Coordinate & plan delivery schedule (Daily & Weekly)
  • Monitor, manage &update GRN - Local (Documentation &Physical)
  • Timely issuance & Filing of all invoices
  • Check and Ensure all invoices are stamped with customer's company stamp and accounted Check and Ensure all COD &cheque payment are accounted &bank-in weekly
  • Monitor Monthly Local PO forecast vs Sales (Customer & SKUs)

 

Secondary Roles in Logistics Management

  • Check and Ensure all COD payment for cooking class are accounted
  • Check and Ensure Month-end Inventory Stock-take is accurate
  • Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time by the Company and/or by your supervisor or manager
