PrIME Biologics is a Singapore based biotech company building a plasma fractionation facility to address the US$1b Asian Therapeutic Plasma products market. The Company has recently completed its initial funding round and is looking to employ a Medical Director/Consultant.
PrIME Biologics is a startup and as such the successful candidate must be prepared to be hands-on in all aspects of this role. You will be working in a small team environment with the single focus of helping the Company achieve its funding milestones. Whilst this will be a challenging role, you will be working with a dedicated group whose overall goal is to make novel first line life-saving therapeutic products for the Singapore and Asian markets.Responsibilities:
Carry out GMP activities according to required work specification, quality and safety standards
Liaise with colleagues from various functions to ensure smooth plant operation to meet departmental goals and objectives
Operations of autoclaves and other equipment/instrument
Ensure all equipment is maintained clean, meeting highest sanitary standards
Perform routine maintenance on process/equipment/plant facilities
Identify faults and troubleshoot production processes
Prepares charts, graphs and diagrams to illustrate workflow, routing, floor layouts, material handling and machine utilization into procedures
Documents activities performed by completing forms, reports, logs and records of equipment and batches
Escalate issues encountered with equipment or processes
Support process improvement efforts
Stock Production facility with consumables
Work with janitorial staff to support the sanitation of Production facility
Ensure locker rooms and gowning areas are stocked with appropriate sizes and amounts of clean scrubs and coveralls
Waste removal from the plant facilities
Any other duties as assigned by your Supervisor/Manager
