Overview
We are looking for a candidate to independently administrate the transportation operation of our company's various projects and bookings
The role is multifaceted, and has a deep involvement in customer service, transport co-ordination, planning and deployment. Having an eye for safety procedures and being careful and meticulous is an important attribute of this position. The abilities to communicate and manage chauffeurs are critical for the success in this role.
This is a part time role and its working hour is 8 hours per day on weekend.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee overall booking/deployment/dispatch operation (Portfolio of accounts)
Data Entry : New bookings into the booking system.
Process the bookings to be dispatched to the respective group of drivers (System and Use of WA).
Manage all administrative duties of proper handling of bookings
Liaise with external parties such as drivers/ client coordinators/ event coordinators
Ensure accuracy and timely update of bookings into the booking system.
Monitor and update bookings whenever there are changes
Create event in Google Calendar
Monitor drivers to ensure they are on time for the booking.
Requirements
Remote Working
Conducive environment for working from home
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
Require to learn how to use Booking systems
Meticulous, attention to details with strong administration and organizational skills
Familiar with Singapore roads and landmarks will be a bonus but not essential.
Possess positive working attitude
proactive, helpful, committed and willing to learn and participate
Team player with high integrity and initiative
Ability to work independently within stringent timelines and collaborate across departments to achieve results
Able to work beyond working hours if required at times.
