We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to fill the role of Customer Service Ambassador for our Padel court facility. We're looking for friendly and enthusiastic individuals to provide exceptional service to our members and guests. If you're passionate about sports, fitness, and creating positive experiences, we want you on our team!


Responsibilities

1. Assist customers with inquiries, sign-ups, and bookings.

2. Provide information about programs and services offered by the club.

3. Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.

4. Raise member concerns, complaints, and issues to management in a timely and effective manner.

5. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.

6. Process payments, fees, and transactions accurately using our club's booking systems.

7. Assist with promotional activities, marketing campaigns, and special events as needed.

8. Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records accurately.

Required Skills and Experience

- Previous customer service experience.

- Knowledge of Sport facility operations is an asset.

- Good communication skills and outgoing personality.

- Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems.

- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
